Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms describe how Global Digital Services LLC ("we") works with business owners ("client") on app, website and advertising projects. By hiring a project through a signed proposal, you accept these terms.
Quotes and proposals
- Every project is quoted by modules: screens, features and timelines described in writing in the proposal.
- Quotes are valid for 3 days from the date they are sent.
- Everything is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp). Nothing is built without an approved proposal.
Payments
- Work starts with a deposit of 35% of the approved total. The balance is split into monthly payments, as agreed in the proposal.
- Each milestone is invoiced once approved in writing. If something does not match what was agreed, it is fixed before invoicing.
- Payment delays longer than 15 days pause the work; it resumes once the account is current.
Scope changes
Any feature not listed in the proposal is a scope change and is quoted separately before it is built. That way the price never changes without your approval.
Code ownership
Ownership of the code, design and repository passes to the client once the final payment is made. Hosting and cloud accounts (database, email, app stores) are opened in the client's name from the start.
Warranty and fixes
We fix defects in the delivered work at no cost during the first 60 days after launch. This does not cover design changes, damage caused by third parties or use outside what was agreed. Ongoing maintenance is optional and contracted separately.
Social media advertising
When we manage campaigns, the ad budget is paid by the client directly to the platform (Meta). We do not guarantee a specific number of sales: we promise serious management, honest targeting and a monthly report.
Use of the website
This site is informational. By using it you accept that it does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will first be addressed by seeking a direct agreement between the parties.
